To use the Service, you must fill out a complete Registration Form .

As part of the registration process for the Service, You agree to:

Provide certain limited information about you as prompted to do so by the Service (such information to be current, complete and accurate).

We accept graphical (jpg or gif up to 35K) and Rich media banners. Once you have completed the Registration Form and Payment we will contact you with instructions to upload your graphical banners or send to us via email your codes (HTML, Java Script, ...).

Once you have completed an order with Tetraso.com, we take time to approve your order to ensure that your ads and sites are in accordance with our terms and conditions. After a short approval process has taken place, you can expect to start seeing your ads within 72 hours (in business days).

Our service is monthly basis that is your ads get ad impressions for one entire month.

All Clients are required to pay one-hundred percent (100%) of the cost of the campaign before its activation.

Only Secure Credit Card Processing via PayPal.  After filling our Registration Form  you will be redirected to the PayPal Buy Button and clicking on it  you are taken to a secure order form, where you can complete your order.

Tetraso.com reserves the right to set and negotiate specific payment terms on a client by client basis.

Refunds will NOT be issued on advertising packages if member is found abusing the Terms and Conditions.

Tetraso.com shall have absolute discretion as to whether or not it accepts a particular customer or site for participation in the Tetraso.com Network.

1. Tetraso.com will not direct visitors to sites containing content that is not appropriate for viewing by a general audience. The following are examples (including but not limited to) of the type of sites we will not direct visitors to:

Sites with child pornography or sites that contain links to such content

Sites containing or linking to software piracy, warez, cracks and illegal MP3's

Sites containing or linking to any form of illegal activity (i.e., how to build a bomb, hacking programs or archives, 'phreaking', etc.)

Sites with gratuitous displays of violence, obscene or vulgar language, Adult content, and abusive content or content which endorses or threatens physical harm

Sites promoting any type of hate-mongering (i.e., racial, political, ethnic, religious, gender-based, sexuality-based or personal, etc.)

Sites that participate in or transmit inappropriate newsgroup postings or unsolicited e-mail (spam) Sites promoting any type of illegal substance or activity sites with illegal, false or deceptive investment advice and money-making opportunities

Sites with any type of content reasonable public consensus deem to be improper or inappropriate

Any content that includes using of viruses, trojans or in any other mean illegal content

3. We do not allow ads that distribue prompt downloads, malicious codes and malaware, MS window-type popup/alert and message boxes.

2. To insure compliance with these terms and conditions, any Client that changes their content after approval for membership MUST notify Tetraso.com of the changes in writing IMMEDIATELY via email.

If your site is changed during the campaign such that it includes inappropriate content, Tetraso.com may stop your campaign immediately. In this case, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Tetraso.com reserve the right to refuse membership or cancel membership if member is found abusing the terms.

Upon termination member will not be entitled to a refund.

If you decide to cancel or change your order after that your ads are already running you will not be entitled to a refund.

You can only change the date to start your campaign, in this case you MUST notify Tetraso.com of the changes in writing IMMEDIATELY via email within 48 hours since your order.

Refunds will NOT be issued on advertising packages if member is found abusing the Terms and Condition.
